No, they're not. They have X an Y chromosomes. In mammals, this means one is a male.

Transgender "women" are male. It's a simple as that. That's their sex.

If you insist on the notion that they have a separate, "fluid" *gender* . . . well go on ahead, I guess. It's irrelevant. Everyone agrees - inc. trans activists - that gender is a social construct (at least in comparison to sex). So it's really pointless.
